Small Office Chair Fixation
There are two methods for fixing small office chairs: the anti-slip pad adhesion method and the base clip fixation method.

Anti-slip Pad Adhesion Method: This method is suitable for most small office chairs, especially those with relatively flat chair leg bottoms. Choosing the right anti-slip pad is crucial. Opt for silicone or rubber pads with anti-slip textures on the bottom. These materials offer excellent anti-slip properties, effectively increasing the friction between the chair and the floor. When cutting the anti-slip pad, ensure its size matches the bottom of the chair legs exactly to achieve the best fixation effect. Before adhering, thoroughly clean the bottom of the chair legs and the floor to remove dust and grease, as these can affect the pad's adhesion strength. Once the anti-slip pad is adhered, it not only prevents the chair from sliding but also reduces the floor friction noise when moving the chair, creating a quiet office environment. Moreover, when the anti-slip pad wears out or needs replacement, the operation is straightforwardโsimply peel it off and adhere a new one.
Base Clip Fixation Method: This method is primarily suitable for gaming chairs and office chairs that come with built-in accessories. If the chair is equipped with a plastic base, the fixation process is relatively simple. Directly clip the matching plastic base onto the bottom of the chair, ensuring the clips fit snugly against the chair legs. Then, press the base onto the floor, and the chair will be firmly fixed by the tension of the clips. This fixation method requires no drilling, causing no damage to the floor and maintaining its integrity. Additionally, when you need to move the chair or clean it, disassembly is very convenient. After disassembly, both the chair and the floor remain clean and tidy, leaving no traces.
In practical applications, you can choose the appropriate fixation method based on the type of chair and specific needs. If you seek simplicity, ease of operation, and low cost, the anti-slip pad adhesion method is a good choice. If the chair comes with a built-in base, the base clip fixation method is more convenient and stable.
