SENAB Office Chair Installation
The installation of the SENAB office chair can be carried out following the six-step standardized process below:

Step 1: Pre-installation Preparation Before installation, count all the components, including the five-star base, casters, gas lift, seat plate, seat cushion, armrests, backrest, headrest, and screw pack, and prepare a Phillips screwdriver. Make sure all components are present and undamaged to avoid installation interruptions due to missing parts.
Step 2: Assemble the Five-Star Base and Casters Place the five-star base with its front side up. Align each of the five casters with the holes at the ends of the branches and press them vertically until they click into place. Some models may require twisting to screw them in, so adjust the operation method according to the caster design. After installation, check that the casters are secure to prevent them from coming off during subsequent use.
Step 3: Install the Gas Lift Remove the protective cap from the top of the gas lift. Insert the thicker end vertically into the center hole of the five-star base, ensuring it goes all the way to the bottom without tilting. The gas lift is the core component that supports the seat's height adjustment. If not installed firmly, it may cause the seat to wobble or fail to adjust in height.
Step 4: Install the Seat Plate and Armrests Turn the seat cushion upside down and use screws to fix the seat plate to the bottom of the seat cushion. Pay attention to distinguishing the front and back directions (the seat plate usually has markings or grooves that correspond to the seat cushion structure). Then install the left and right armrests, distinguishing between left and right according to the armrest design to avoid incorrect installation that may cause inconvenience during use.
Step 5: Attach the Backrest Use long screws to fix the backrest to the mounting holes at the back of the seat cushion or the rear side of the armrests. Ensure that the screws pass through all the connecting plates and are initially tightened. In this step, check the perpendicularity between the backrest and the seat cushion to avoid tilting that may affect comfort.
Step 6: Overall Assembly and Install the Headrest Align the hole at the bottom of the seat cushion with the top of the gas lift and insert it vertically. A clicking sound indicates that the catch is in place. Finally, insert the headrest support rod into the reserved hole at the top of the backrest, adjust the height according to your needs, and lock it in place.
Precautions: After installation, check that all screws are tightened and the components are properly aligned. If there is any wobbling or abnormal noise, re-tighten the screws or adjust the component positions. Avoid forcefully inserting the gas lift during installation to prevent damage to its internal structure and potential safety hazards.
