Semi-Office Chair Assembly
The assembly of a semi-office chair generally proceeds from the bottom up. You can refer to the following steps:

First, install the chair legs and casters. Attach each caster to the chair legs one by one, ensuring that each caster is firmly installed to prevent loosening or detachment during subsequent use. After installing the chair legs, place the gas lift vertically into the center of the chair legs. The gas lift is an important component for adjusting the chair's height, so make sure it is installed accurately and vertically to ensure the normal functioning of the chair's height adjustment feature.
Next, fix the base and the seat. Secure the base to the seat with screws. Pay attention to the orientation of the base and carefully align the screw holes. When tightening the screws, do not tighten them all at once. Instead, lightly screw each one in by 3 - 4 turns and then tighten them one by one. This ensures a tight and evenly stressed connection between the base and the seat, preventing local loosening or deformation.
Then, connect the backrest and the seat. After the seat is installed, connect the backrest to the seat. First, use 2 C-screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets. Make sure these screws are tightened to ensure a stable connection between the bottom of the backrest and the armrest brackets. Next, align the mounting holes on the back of the backrest with those on the seat bracket. Use two wrenches to lock the backrest and the seat bracket together with D-screws. This locking method increases the stability of the connection and prevents the backrest from wobbling during use.
After that, install the base assembly. Insert the previously assembled parts vertically onto the gas lift, ensuring that they are fully inserted so that the base assembly is tightly combined with the gas lift. This ensures the overall stability and safety of the chair.
Finally, install the armrests and the headrest. Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, ensuring that the armrests are firmly installed and in the correct position. Place the headrest in the middle of the top of the backrest, press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest, and then use 2 E-screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips to secure the headrest. Similarly, when tightening the screws, lightly screw them in by 3 - 4 turns and then tighten them one by one to ensure a stable installation of the headrest.
