Seat Office Chair Installation

The installation steps for a seat office chair are as follows:

1. Install the chair wheels: Insert each chair wheel into the five-claw assembly holes one by one, or insert the five rollers into the chair legs in sequence. Ensure that each chair wheel is firmly installed on the five-claw base, which is the foundation for the stability of the office chair.

2. Install the gas lift: Flip the five-claw base so that its bottom faces upwards. Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the central hole of the five-claw base and place it vertically. The gas lift is a crucial component for the height adjustment of the office chair, so ensure it is installed vertically and firmly.

3. Install the base and seat cushion: Place the base on the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the base to ensure alignment with the screw holes on the seat cushion. Tighten four screws lightly by 3-4 turns in sequence to initially fix the base and the seat cushion, and then tighten each screw one by one to ensure a tight connection between the base and the seat cushion. Some installation methods use four long screws to directly attach the base.

4. Connect the seat cushion to the gas lift: Align the seat cushion with the gas lift and insert it into the base hole. Ensure a tight connection between the seat cushion and the gas lift to prevent looseness or wobbling during use.

5. Install the backrest: Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the armrest installation positions on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. First, use two screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest bracket, then align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat cushion bracket, and use two wrenches to lock the backrest and the seat cushion bracket together with screws. Some installation methods use four M6*25mm screws to install the armrests and the backrest.

6. Install the armrests: Press the button below the armrest surface and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. Use four M630mm screws to connect the armrests to the seat cushion, two M825mm screws to connect the armrest brackets to the armrests, and install the decorative covers. Some installation methods use No. 3 screws to fix the armrests to the frame.

7. Install the headrest: Place the headrest in the middle at the top of the backrest and press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest. Use two screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips to secure the headrest, tighten the screws lightly by 3-4 turns and then tighten them one by one. Some installation methods use two M6*25mm screws to install the headrest.
