Seat Office Chair Installation
The installation of a seat office chair can follow the general installation process of a regular office chair, with the specific steps as follows:
Installation of chair wheels and five-star base: First, insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is firmly installed without any looseness. After completing the installation of the chair wheels, flip the five-star base over so that its bottom faces upwards, preparing for the subsequent installation of the gas lift.
Installation of the gas lift: Align the thicker end of the gas lift with the central hole of the five-star base and place it steadily inside. The gas lift is a crucial component for adjusting the height of the office chair. During installation, ensure that it is tightly connected to the five-star base to prevent any wobbling or detachment during use.
Connection of the base and seat cushion: Place the base on the seat cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the base to ensure that its screw holes align with those of the seat cushion. Then, screw in four B screws about 3 - 4 turns each to initially fix the base and the seat cushion, and then tighten each screw one by one to ensure a firm connection.
Connection of the seat cushion and gas lift: Align the seat cushion with the installed base with the gas lift, and slowly insert it into the hole of the base, ensuring a tight connection between the seat cushion and the gas lift without any gaps.
Installation of the backrest: First, align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the armrest installation positions on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them in place. Then, use two C screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets, initially securing the position of the backrest. Next, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those of the seat cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest and the seat cushion brackets with D screws, ensuring that the backrest is firmly installed and does not wobble.
Installation of the armrests: Press the button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively. A 'click' sound indicates that the armrests are properly installed.
Installation of the headrest: Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest. Then, use two E screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips to fix the headrest. First, screw them in about 3 - 4 turns for initial fixation, and then tighten them one by one to ensure that the headrest is firmly installed.
