Regular Office Chair Factory Price

Admin October 08, 2026

The factory prices of regular office chairs vary widely, typically ranging from tens to thousands of yuan, with specific prices significantly influenced by factors such as brand, material, and functionality.

From the perspective of brand, well-known brands often set relatively high product prices due to their market recognition, R&D investment, and quality assurance. For example, some internationally renowned office furniture brands may have factory prices for their regular office chairs reaching thousands of yuan due to brand premium and design costs. In contrast, some emerging domestic brands or niche brands, aiming to open up the market and increase sales, attract consumers with lower prices while ensuring basic quality, with factory prices possibly being several hundred yuan or even lower.

Material is one of the key factors affecting prices. The materials of office chairs cover multiple parts such as frames, cushions, and backrests. In terms of frame materials, metal frames (such as steel) are generally more sturdy and durable than plastic frames, with higher costs, leading to a corresponding increase in the factory prices of office chairs using metal frames. For cushion and backrest materials, genuine leather offers good texture and breathability but is expensive, significantly raising the factory price of office chairs. In contrast, ordinary fabric or artificial leather materials have lower costs, making the product prices more affordable. For example, an office chair with high-quality genuine leather cushions and backrests, paired with a metal frame, may have a factory price exceeding one thousand yuan; while an office chair with ordinary fabric cushions and a plastic frame may cost only tens of yuan.

Functional differences also lead to price variations. Office chairs with multiple adjustable functions, such as adjustable height, tilt angle, armrest height and angle, can meet the personalized needs of different users and provide a more comfortable sitting experience. However, the R&D and production costs of such office chairs are higher, resulting in higher factory prices. Conversely, regular office chairs with single functions, only capable of meeting basic sitting needs, have relatively lower prices. For example, an office chair with multi-directional adjustment functions and lumbar support may have a factory price of several hundred yuan; while a simple office chair that can only adjust its height may cost only tens of yuan.
