Office Chair Yoga Tutorial
Here is a detailed introduction to some office chair yoga tutorials:

Movement 1: Backward Stretch
Sit on the chair with your back leaning slightly backward and your hands clasping the back of your head. As you inhale, open your hands, reaching backward and upward, looking toward the ceiling, with your elbows spreading out to the sides. As you exhale, tuck your chin in, bring your elbows inward, and lower your head to look at your lower abdomen. After repeating this a few times, slowly sit up straight. This movement effectively stretches the neck and shoulder muscles, relieving tension from prolonged desk work.
Movement 2: Side Waist Stretch
Turn to face the back of the chair and sit with your toes pointing outward. Reach your left hand to the opposite diagonal corner of the chair back and raise your right arm high. As you exhale, lean your body to the left, stretching as much as possible. If your neck feels uncomfortable, turn your head downward to the right, keeping your feet firmly on the ground. Use the muscles on one side of your waist to bring your body back and repeat on the other side. This movement fully stretches the side waist muscles and enhances body flexibility.
Movement 3: Spinal Twist
Sit on the side of the chair, turn your body to face the back of the chair, and grasp both ends of the chair back with your hands. As you inhale, extend your spine upward; as you exhale, twist your chest to the left and backward, pulling back with your right hand and pushing outward with your left hand to increase the rotation. Keep your right shoulder forward and your left shoulder backward, lifting your chest and keeping your knees facing forward. This movement helps relax the spine and reduce back pressure.
Movement 4: Front Stretch
Sit on the first third of the chair, use your hands to adjust your gluteal muscles, press your sit bones downward, extend your spine upward with the crown of your head reaching up, and push your groin backward. As you inhale, fill the back of your chest cavity and lean your head backward; as you exhale, relax your shoulders, sink your shoulder blades, and interlace your fingers behind your head. As you inhale, slightly tuck your chin in, maintaining resistance between the back of your head and your hands, and feel the stretch in the front of your body. As you inhale, bring your head back to the center, extend your arms upward with your palms facing up and pushing upward, and as you exhale, lower your head, arch your back, and push your spine backward and upward, looking at the back of your hands. Repeat this dynamic movement three times. This movement comprehensively stretches the muscles in the front of the body.
Movement 5: Neck Stretch
Raise your left arm, reach your left hand to your right ear, grasp the right side of the chair with your right hand, and as you exhale, bring your left ear toward your left shoulder, sinking your right shoulder and lowering your chin toward your left shoulder. Repeat on the opposite side by raising your right arm, reaching your right hand to your left ear, and as you exhale, bringing your right ear toward your right shoulder to deepen the stretch on the back of the neck. Circle your shoulders backward three times to relax your shoulder and back muscles, and hold for three breaths. This movement effectively relieves neck fatigue and helps prevent cervical spondylosis.
