Office Chair Tray Mechanism
There are various types and designs of office chair tray mechanisms. Here are several common structures introduced in detail:

Common Structure 1
An office chair tray structure includes a circular positioning plate and a mounting plate. The positioning plate is rotatably installed on the top of the mounting plate. This design allows the positioning plate to rotate relative to the mounting plate, meeting the needs of users at different angles. Moreover, the two are connected in a detachable manner, facilitating operations when maintenance or component replacement is required. Below the mounting plate, a connecting assembly and a cylinder are arranged in sequence. The telescopic end of the cylinder vertically passes through the connecting assembly, and the connection between the connecting assembly and the telescopic end of the cylinder is also detachable. This structure adjusts the height of the office chair through the telescoping of the cylinder. The connecting assembly plays a role in stabilizing and transmitting force, and the detachable connection design makes it convenient to maintain and replace the cylinder.
Common Structure 2
The seat tray structure consists of parts such as a base, a large plate, a flip cover, and a support seat. At the end of the support seat away from the large plate, a third pin is fixed. An activity hole through which the third pin passes is opened on the flip cover. The inner wall of the activity hole is spaced from the outer wall of the third pin. This design enables the flip cover to rotate around the third pin, achieving the opening and closing function of the flip cover. At the bottom of the support seat, an adjusting seat is fixed. At least two gear slots are opened on the side of the adjusting seat close to the base. An adjusting rod is rotatably connected to the base, and the adjusting rod is connected to a locking plate through a connecting mechanism. The middle part of the locking plate is rotatably installed on the base. The connecting mechanism includes an adjusting block fixed to the adjusting rod and a telescopic elastic accumulator with one end connected to the adjusting block and the other end connected to the locking plate. The telescoping direction of the elastic accumulator is along the line connecting its two endpoints. A positioning protrusion is fixed on the adjusting block, and an elastic limit seat is installed on the base below the adjusting block. By operating the adjusting rod, the adjusting block can be moved, thereby enabling the locking plate to switch between different gear slots and adjusting the angle of the seat.
Installation of the P600 Computer Chair Tray
The installation of the P600 computer chair tray is relatively simple. First, align the tray with the screw holes on the seat cushion, and fix the tray to the seat cushion using four short screws (6ร20). Then, use a wrench to tighten the screws in sequence to ensure a firm connection between the tray and the seat cushion. After that, insert the gas rod into the circular hole of the tray to complete the installation of the tray.
