Their production process is relatively simple, and the costs are relatively controllable. Moreover, steel trays that have undergone special treatment are not prone to rust and have a long service life. However, steel materials are relatively heavy and are not easy to move. Moving an office chair requires a great deal of effort. At the same time, steel trays are prone to scratching the floor and generating noise when moved. To reduce these problems, rubber pads are usually added to the bottom for cushioning.
Aluminum alloy swivel chair trays are usually made of high-strength aviation aluminum. Aviation aluminum has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, is not prone to deformation and rust, and can maintain a good state in various environments. Aluminum alloy trays are lightweight and have a sturdy structure, making them convenient for carrying and installation while ensuring sufficient strength. In addition, aluminum alloy materials have good aesthetics and can enhance the overall texture of the office chair. However, the drawback of aluminum alloy trays is that their cost is relatively high, which may increase the overall cost of the office chair.
