However, since fishing chairs need to withstand a certain amount of weight and pressure during use, the chassis must be reinforced during the transformation. For example, for folding iron chairs, aluminum alloy scrap cross braces can be added at the intersection of the four legs to enhance the stability and load-bearing capacity of the chassis. Additionally, to meet various needs during fishing, some accessories can be installed. A rod holder is used to secure the fishing rod, facilitating the angler's operations; an umbrella holder can be used to install a sunshade umbrella, protecting the angler from sunlight and rain; and a bait tray holder is used to place bait, making the fishing process more convenient. Through these transformations, the originally discarded office chair can be turned into a practical fishing chair.

Transforming GL8 seats into office chairs: If you have discarded or idle middle-row seats from GL8 or other MPVs, they can be transformed into reclining and movable office chairs or gaming chairs. The specific transformation steps are as follows: First, remove the seat base to prepare for the subsequent installation of universal wheels. Second, weld or bolt a metal frame. This step requires designing and fabricating a suitable metal frame according to the size and shape of the seat to ensure that the seat can be stably installed on the frame. Third, install universal wheels to enable the seat to move freely. In terms of cost, if you choose a GL8 fabric seat, the total cost can be controlled within 300 yuan; if you choose a leather seat, the cost is about 500 yuan. The transformed seat has many advantages. It supports multi-angle adjustment and can even lie flat completely, providing a comfortable experience for users whether they are resting during office hours or engaging in gaming entertainment.
