Office Chair Testing Props
Common props used in office chair testing include office chair seat impact testers, office chair backrest recline fatigue testing equipment, office chair repeated impact testers, weight bags, and iron disc loads.

The office chair seat impact tester is a key piece of equipment for testing seat durability. It repeatedly impacts the seat with a 57 kg sandbag from a height of 30 mm, with the number of consecutive tests reaching up to 100,000. Through this high-intensity impact test, it can evaluate whether the seat will break or collapse during long-term use, thus ensuring product quality and durability.
The office chair backrest recline fatigue testing equipment focuses on testing the durability of the backrest. By fixing the chair wheels, it applies an iron disc load to the seat to simulate human weight and applies a load to the backrest with an adjustable angle (15 degrees to 90 degrees) and a controllable frequency (10 to 30 times per minute). The test cycle can last up to 120,000 times, and the backrest load uses a canvas bag filled with steel balls. This test can simulate the repeated leaning on the backrest by the human body during long-term use, thereby detecting the fatigue and durability of the backrest.
The office chair repeated impact tester is a more comprehensive testing device. After fixing the office chair's footrest, it repeatedly impacts the seat with sandbags of specified weights (such as 57 kg, 102 kg, and 136 kg) at a set rate and number of times. This test can detect the deformation, looseness, and damage to the welded parts of various parts of the office chair, thus comprehensively evaluating the structural stability and durability of the product.
Weight bags also play an important role in impact tests. They can be equipped with force sensors to detect the position where the impact bag just leaves the surface of the chair and then raise it to a set height based on this position as the starting point, release it, and let it fall freely onto the chair for the impact test. This testing method can more precisely control the impact force and position, thus more accurately evaluating the product's impact resistance.
The iron disc load is a simple testing tool that simulates human weight. It is applied to the seat for testing to evaluate the stability and durability of the seat when bearing human weight.
