Office Chair Testing Machine
Office chair testing machines mainly include several types: office chair backrest fatigue testing machines, office chair five-claw static pressure testing machines, office chair testing instruments, and office chair rotation life testing machines.

The office chair backrest fatigue testing machine has the core function of simulating the actions of a person leaning back and repeatedly pulling on the backrest. By conducting cyclic tests a certain number of times, it can accurately detect the fatigue and wear of the backrest frame and connecting parts. This testing method complies with office chair testing standards, helps to identify potential problems with the backrest during use in advance, and ensures the quality and safety of office chairs.
The office chair five-claw static pressure testing machine mainly simulates the static load-bearing test of the seat. It continuously applies a constant pressure to the chair's five-claw base to test its load-bearing strength. Through this test, potential safety hazards such as cracking, deformation, and breakage of the five-claw base can be identified in advance, ensuring that the office chair can withstand the corresponding pressure during normal use.
The office chair testing instrument is used to evaluate the backrest recline fatigue of office chairs. It tests the quality and durability of office chairs by simulating human usage scenarios, following the standards of GB/T10357 and QB/T2280 - 2007. Taking the product model HD - F738 as an example, its working principle is to fix the chair wheels, apply an iron disc load on the seat surface to simulate human weight, and apply an adjustable-angle (15 degrees to 90 degrees) and controllable-frequency (10 to 30 times per minute) load to the backrest, with a test cycle of up to 120,000 times. The backrest load is achieved by using a canvas bag filled with steel balls. The instrument is equipped with an LED counter, a PLC control system, and a touch-screen operation interface, allowing real-time monitoring of the test status. It also has a photoelectric sensing function that automatically stops the machine if the test sample falls. Its technical parameters include a force application height of 406mm to 456mm, a machine size of 1400ร1200ร2500mm, and a power supply specification of AC220V/50Hz.
The office chair rotation life testing machine is specifically designed for testing rotating chairs. The static load on the seat surface is set at 102KG, and it conducts repeated rotation tests for 120,000 times. If the seat surface is adjustable, it needs to be tested at both the highest and lowest positions to comprehensively evaluate the life and stability of the rotating parts of the office chair.
