Office Chair Swivel Fixed
The fixing methods for office chair swivels vary depending on the model and design. Common fixing steps include component assembly, bracket fixing, and detail adjustments, with specific instructions to be referred to in the product manual.

1. Basic Component Fixing
The fixing of most office chair swivels starts from the bottom. Taking the TOAI E1 office chair as an example, the wheels need to be pressed into the slots at the chair corners first, ensuring that each wheel fits tightly with the chair corner to avoid looseness. Then, the gas lift cylinder, as the core component for adjusting the seat height, should be inserted vertically into the reserved hole in the center of the seat without any wobbling. For the installation of the Jinyexing A-10 office chair, the legs and the five-star base need to be fixed first. The legs of each foot of the five-star base should be tightly screwed to the connection points with the legs to ensure that the five-star base can stably support the weight of the seat.
2. Bracket and Main Body Connection
The fixing of the office chair swivel bracket usually requires the use of tools. For example, some models need to use an L-shaped bracket as a connector to fix the backrest and the seat cushion to the bracket with screws and nuts. When operating, pay attention to the tightening force of the screws. Loose screws may cause the seat to wobble, while overly tight screws may damage the components. For the TOAI E1 office chair, the backrest and armrests need to be connected to the seat cushion with special screws. Align the holes and tighten them gradually to ensure that the angles of each component are consistent.
3. Detail Adjustments and Reinforcement
After completing the main body fixing, detail adjustments need to be made to the office chair swivel. For example, check whether the lifting function of the gas lift cylinder is smooth. If it is stuck, the gas lift cylinder may need to be refixed or lubricating oil may need to be added. Adjust the tilt angle of the backrest to ensure it conforms to ergonomic design. Check the height and levelness of the armrests to avoid discomfort due to uneven fixing. Some office chairs also need to install headrests or lumbar supports, which should be fixed to the designated positions on the backrest with buckles or screws.
4. Special Design Fixing Methods
Some office chair swivels adopt a modular design, and the fixing steps are more complex. For example, the armrest covers of the Jinyexing A-10 office chair need to be installed separately. Align the armrest covers with the main body of the armrests and fix them with hidden screws or buckles. For some high-end office chairs, a burst-proof disk needs to be installed at the bottom of the gas lift cylinder to enhance safety. The burst-proof disk should be placed over the bottom of the gas lift cylinder and then fixed in the center of the five-star base.
Precautions: Avoid using excessive force during the fixing process to prevent the screws from slipping or the components from cracking. If the seat still wobbles after fixing, check whether there are any screws that are not tightened or components that are not aligned. After long-term use, it is recommended to regularly check the fixed parts to ensure that the screws are not loose.
