The installation process for office chair swivel chairs is usually as follows, and specific steps may vary slightly depending on the model:

1. Install the Chair Wheels and Gas Lift

Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is properly installed and secure. After installing the chair wheels, flip the five-star base so that it faces upwards. Then, align the thicker end of the gas lift with the center hole of the five-star base and gently and steadily place it in, ensuring a tight connection between the gas lift and the five-star base without any looseness. This step is the foundation of the entire installation, providing a stable support structure for the installation of subsequent components.

2. Install the Seat Base and Cushion

Place the seat base on the cushion, paying special attention to the orientation of the seat base to ensure it is correctly aligned with the cushion for installation. After aligning the four screw holes on the seat base and the cushion, first lightly screw in the four screws about 3 - 4 turns one by one. This step is to initially fix the seat base and the cushion to prevent them from shifting during subsequent operations. Then, tighten the screws one by one to ensure a firm connection between the seat base and the cushion, enabling them to bear a certain amount of weight.

3. Connect the Cushion and Gas Lift

Align the cushion with the installed seat base with the gas lift, and slowly insert it into the hole of the seat base, ensuring it is fully inserted so that the cushion and the gas lift are tightly combined and can move up and down and rotate normally.

4. Install the Backrest

Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the cushion and insert them. First, use two screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets to initially stabilize the position of the backrest. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the cushion brackets, and use two wrenches to lock and fix the backrest to the cushion brackets with screws, ensuring that the backrest is firmly installed and will not wobble during use.

5. Install the Armrests

Press the button below the armrest surface, and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, ensuring that the armrests are properly installed and can be used normally.

6. Install the Headrest

Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the installation area of the headrest to make it fit more closely with the backrest. Then, use screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips to fix the headrest, ensuring that the headrest will not fall off during use.

For the 205/206 office chairs, when installing, insert the five casters into the five-star base one by one. After installing the gas lift, use four screws M625mm to connect the armrests and the backrest, four screws M620mm to install the tray, two screws M620mm with washers to install the upper and lower parts of the armrests, then install the decorative cover, and finally use two screws M630mm to install the headrest.
