Office Chair Suction Function
The 'suction' function of the Qingxian OC1 Pro office chair is achieved through the 'Air-Suction Seat Cushion Ventilation System'. Its core principle is to actively extract hot and humid air from the area where the seat cushion comes into contact with the human body and rapidly expel it through internal air circulation, thereby solving the problem of stuffiness.

1. System Structure and Airflow Path
The fan of this system is hidden at the bottom of the seat cushion and operates at a speed of 4,000 revolutions per minute, expelling hot air through the bottom. The seat cushion adopts a six-layer composite structure, arranged from top to bottom as follows:
- Danish Gabriel Atlantic Breathable Fabric: Directly contacts the skin, providing breathability;
- Soft Silk Floss Layer: Enhances comfort;
- Three-Dimensional Support Mesh: Provides support;
- Variable-Hardness Perforated Sponge: Distributes pressure through areas of different hardness;
- Airflow Equalization Layer: Evenly distributes airflow;
- Centrifugal Suction Fan: Located at the bottom layer, driving air circulation.
Each layer has reserved airflow channels to ensure air penetration, diversion, recovery, and final expulsion, forming a complete cycle. This design not only guarantees support (preventing collapse) but also prevents discomfort or sweating through a multi-layer breathable structure.
2. User Sensation and Noise Control
Although the fan operates at high speed, after the airflow is dispersed through the multi-layer structure inside the seat cushion, users will not directly feel a significant breeze when sitting down; they will only experience continuous dryness of the seat cushion. The system offers two-speed adjustments:
- First Gear: Extremely low noise, suitable for daily office scenarios;
- Second Gear: Enhanced airflow, but with noticeable noise, recommended only for use in high summer temperatures or non-quiet environments.
In addition, the system is equipped with a sit-stand sensing function that automatically detects the user's status: it turns on when sitting down and turns off when leaving, further optimizing energy efficiency and user experience.
3. Technological Advantages and Application Scenarios
This design replaces traditional passive ventilation with active suction, addressing the problem of stuffiness from the root, especially suitable for users who need to work long hours or have high comfort requirements. Its layered structure balances support, breathability, and softness, while intelligent sensing and two-speed adjustments balance functionality and environmental adaptability.
