Office Chair Structure and Craftsmanship
The structure and craftsmanship of office chairs mainly include the following steps:

Fabrication of Steel Pipe Support Frame: This is the foundational part of an office chair's structure. Workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend square steel pipes into the required shapes, thereby creating the frame for the bottom cushion. Subsequently, the support steel plates are welded to the frame openings, and the ends are connected. Steel bars are welded in the middle of the frame; these bars play a crucial role in supporting the mechanism for adjusting the seat position, laying the foundation for the stability and functionality of the office chair.
Fixing Springs and Steel Bars: S-shaped steel springs are hung sequentially from the front to the back of the seat frame, forming an elastic mesh that provides basic elastic support for the seat. Steel bars are fixed in the middle of the springs; this operation enhances the stability of the seat, preventing shaking or deformation during use, and ensuring a comfortable and safe sitting experience for the user.
Construction of the Back Frame: The back frame of the chair is constructed, encompassing the spine, armrest attachments, and other related components. During the design process, full consideration is given to the comfortable sitting posture for prolonged periods. The curvature of the backrest is carefully crafted so that it can fit the curve of the human back, effectively reducing fatigue caused by long sitting.
Processing of Leather and Sponge: The leather is laid flat on the workbench, and a specialized template is used to cut out the appropriate outer skin shape. Simultaneously, a sponge of the same size as the outer skin is cut; the sponge is located between the frame and the outer skin, and its thickness and density determine the softness of the seat. The leather is glued to a harder foam cushion, and a slightly larger foam pad is cut out for making the seat cushion and backrest parts, further enhancing the comfort of the seat.
Sewing and Wrapping of the Outer Skin: The leather is pleated and sewn, and through fine sewing techniques, the basic shape of the leather surface of the seat back is formed. The sewn outer skin is then fitted over the metal frame for decoration, making the office chair more aesthetically pleasing. Finally, a cover plate and the frame are fixed with screws to ensure that the outer skin is firmly attached to the frame.
Installation of the Support Structure: Adjustable armrests, hydraulic rods, pneumatic rods, and the bottom support rods of the seat are assembled with the metal base. These components work together to ensure that the office chair can be freely raised and lowered, meeting the needs of different users for seat height.
Installation of Wheels and Accessories: The wheels of the seat are installed at the bottom, facilitating flexible movement of the office chair on the ground. At the same time, the headrest and armrests are inserted into specific positions to complete the overall functionality of the office chair.
