Office Chair Stretchable
The office chair can be used to perform a variety of stretching exercises, helping to relieve physical fatigue and enhance flexibility. Here are some common exercises and their key points:

Hip Stretch: This exercise primarily targets the muscles around the hip joints for relaxation. Sit on the edge of the chair with your feet spread apart to hip-width. Cross your ankles over the opposite knee, placing your hip joints in external rotation and abduction. Press your back forward and downward until your chest and abdomen are snug against your calves and knees, feeling the stretch in the front and inner muscles of your hip joints. Hold this position for 15 - 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. This can effectively improve hip joint mobility and alleviate stiffness caused by prolonged sitting.
Lower Back Release: This addresses tension in the lower back muscles. Rotate your body sideways on the chair and use the arm closest to the chair back to support yourself, providing stable support for your body. Gently twist the front of your body towards the chair back and extend your other arm towards the opposite knee, reaching as far as possible to feel the stretch and twist in your lower back muscles. After holding for 15 - 30 seconds, switch sides. This helps relieve spasms and pain in the lower back muscles.
Shoulder Opening Exercises: These help improve shoulder range of motion and posture. Sit up straight on the edge of the chair, place one arm by your side, straighten your back, and raise your other arm with the palm facing inward over your head, tilting towards the opposite side to feel the stretch in the outer and upper muscles of your shoulder. Alternatively, extend both arms backward, grasp the outer edges of the chair back, and push your chest forward to open your chest and stretch the front muscles of your shoulders. Hold each exercise for 15 - 30 seconds to strengthen shoulder muscles and prevent shoulder diseases.
Neck and Shoulder Stretch: This includes wrist and shoulder stretches. For wrist stretching, extend your right arm with the palm facing up, and gently pull your fingers downward and backward with your left hand to feel the stretch in the front muscles of your wrist. Switch hands and repeat. For shoulder stretching, straighten your arms, cross your fingers, turn your palms outward, and gently raise both arms over your head, extending your body to feel the stretch in your shoulder and neck muscles. Hold each exercise for 15 - 30 seconds to relieve tension in your neck and shoulder muscles and improve blood circulation.
Half Downward-Facing Dog Pose: Stand facing the chair back, place your hands on the chair back, step your feet back as far as possible, press your back downward while keeping your arms and legs straight, and feel the stretch in your back, the back of your legs, and your shoulder muscles. Hold for 15 - 30 seconds to enhance overall flexibility and relax your entire body.
