Office Chair Solid Wood Fixed
The fixing method for solid wood office chairs is usually achieved through the combination of multiple components and screw fastening. The specific steps vary slightly depending on the model, but the core process is as follows:

Fixing the Rotating Disk to the Leg Frame The rotating disk is the core component that enables the solid wood office chair to rotate. During installation, it should be rotated up and down and then inserted into the reserved slot of the leg frame. Subsequently, a long screw should be passed through the center hole of the rotating disk from the bottom of the frame and secured with a nut. This step requires ensuring that the contact surface between the rotating disk and the frame is flat to avoid rotation stuttering or abnormal noise due to installation deviations.
Connecting the Seat Cushion to the Leg Frame The seat cushion, as the component that directly bears weight, needs to be tightly connected to the leg frame using long screws. During installation, align the pre-embedded nuts at the bottom of the seat cushion with the screw holes on the frame, insert the long screws, and tighten them one by one with a wrench to ensure the connection strength between the seat cushion and the frame. Some designs may add metal reinforcement plates at the connection points to further enhance stability.
Fixing the Armrest Frame The installation of the armrest frame should be done symmetrically: first align the screw holes on one side of the armrest frame with the corresponding positions on the leg frame, insert the long screws, and secure them temporarily. Then, install the armrest frame on the other side in the same manner. After adjusting the height and angle of both armrest frames to be consistent, fully tighten the screws with a wrench to avoid wobbling during use due to looseness.
Fixing the Armrest Cushion The armrest cushion is usually fixed to the armrest frame using short screws. During installation, align the pre-embedded nuts on the back of the cushion with the screw holes on the armrest frame, insert the short screws, and tighten them to ensure a tight fit between the cushion and the armrest frame. Some cushions may adopt a snap-fit design, and the snap positions need to be adjusted according to the instructions for fixation.
Installing the Backrest The fixing method for the backrest varies depending on the model: some designs require inserting the bottom of the backrest into the tray slot of the seat body and then fixing it by passing screws through the back of the tray and into the backrest; other models directly connect the backrest to the pre-embedded parts at the back of the seat cushion using screws. During installation, ensure that the angle between the backrest and the seat cushion conforms to ergonomic design to avoid excessive or insufficient inclination.
Overall Assembly After completing the installation of the above components, connect accessories such as the five-star base, wheels, and gas lift to the seat body. The five-star base is usually fixed to the bottom of the gas lift using a central screw, and the wheels are directly inserted into the slots of the five-star base; the top of the gas lift needs to be inserted into the reserved hole at the bottom of the seat and secured with a retaining ring or screw. After installation, test the lifting function of the gas lift and the smooth rolling of the wheels.
Precautions: Different models of solid wood office chairs may have structural differences. For example, some chairs may use mortise-and-tenon joints instead of screws for fixation or add metal connectors to enhance strength. It is recommended to carefully read the product manual before installation or contact the manufacturer for video guidance to avoid damaging components or causing safety hazards due to improper operation.
