The assembly methods vary for different models of office chairs and sofas. Here are the assembly instructions for common models:

AndaSeat Sofa Chair:

1. Component Inspection and Initial Assembly: First, check that all components are present. Insert the five casters into the base one by one, then insert the gas lift, and finally cover it with the dust cover.
2. Backrest Screw Handling: Use an Allen wrench to unscrew the four screws pre-installed on both sides of the backrest.
3. Base Installation: Unscrew the four screws on the base. Ensure the arrow on the base points towards the front of the seat, align the footrest with the holes on the base, and insert it.
4. Backrest and Seat Assembly: Align the backrest with the holes on both sides of the seat, tighten the screws, and repeat on the other side. Align the side covers with the four notches on the backrest and press them down firmly to complete the installation.

P516 Sofa Chair:

1. Five-Star Base and Gas Rod Installation: Insert the five wheels into the corresponding holes on the five-star base. Once secure, insert the thick end of the gas rod into the center hole of the five-star base and press gently to fix it.
2. Tray and Seat Cushion Connection: Use four short, thin screws to connect the tray to the seat cushion. Tighten the screws one by one with a wrench, then insert the assembled five-star base into the center of the tray.
3. Backrest Rod and Headrest Installation: Use three long, thin screws to connect the backrest rod to the backrest. Attach the headrest to the two straps on the backrest and adjust it to the desired position.
4. Backrest and Seat Cushion Assembly: Locate the connecting knob between the two and tighten it to ensure a tight connection between the backrest and the seat cushion.
5. Armrest Installation: Use four medium-thick screws to install the armrests. One screw connects the armrest to the backrest, and repeat on the other side to ensure the armrests are stable.

1. Wooden Leg Fixing: Use B-sized long screws for threading. Place the four screws crosswise on the wooden legs, adjust the angle, and then fix them with D-sized short screws.
2. Seat Cushion Installation: Use B-sized long screws again to connect the legs, backrest, and seat cushion. Ensure proper threading during installation to ensure all components are tightly connected.

1. Base Assembly: Open the base box, take out the base, tear open the connecting flap on the side of the box. It is recommended to assemble on the cardboard box, then set it aside after completion.
2. Base and Sofa Connection: Gently lay the sofa down on the cardboard box, tear open a small opening in the bottom packaging paper, align the base with the sofa, and secure it with base screws to ensure a firm connection.
3. Completion of Assembly: Stand the sofa up, remove the packaging paper, and check that all components of the sofa are properly installed and free of looseness.
