Office Chair Sandbag
Office chair sandbags are primarily used for impact testing of office chairs to evaluate their structural strength and fatigue resistance.

During the quality inspection process of office chairs, sandbags play a crucial role in simulating human body weight. Specifically, there are two main testing methods involving the use of sandbags.
The first method involves using an office chair sandbag impact testing machine. This testing machine simulates real-life usage scenarios such as repeated sitting and standing, leaning, and impact forces by using sandbags to accurately replicate the impact forces generated by these actions. This testing method can comprehensively evaluate the fatigue resistance of chair structures and materials during long-term use, effectively testing the load-bearing capacity of the chair frame and the strength of connecting parts. Through this approach, it can be ensured that office chairs remain structurally stable and safe after prolonged use, avoiding potential safety hazards caused by structural loosening or damage.
Another testing method involves using an office chair seat impact testing machine. In this test, a sandbag weighing 57kg is placed on the seat surface and dropped from a height of 30mm for repeated impacts, up to 100,000 times. The main purpose of this test is to check whether the seat surface will show signs of damage, collapse, or structural loosening after prolonged impact. Through this high-intensity impact test, it can be ensured that the seat surface of the office chair has sufficient durability and stability to withstand various impacts and pressures during daily use.
Regardless of the testing method, sandbags serve as a key tool for simulating human body weight, helping manufacturers and testing agencies accurately evaluate the quality and performance of office chairs. These tests not only contribute to improving the overall quality of office chairs but also ensure the safety and comfort of users during use.
