Office chair rotating brackets come in various types, each with distinct features, and have specific installation requirements.

I. Common Types and Features

  1. 360ยฐ Rotating Office Chair External Bracket: This type of bracket is easy to install and can be securely fixed to the office chair without wobbling. For those who sit for long periods, it can effectively enhance comfort and is highly practical in office settings. Moreover, it produces no noise even after long-term use, and its thoughtful design details, such as rounded edges, prevent scratches to users or their clothing.
  2. 360-Degree Rotating Folding Bracket: It offers multiple practical functions. It can rotate freely 360 degrees, facilitating operations in different directions for users. With a dual-axis folding design, it allows for easy angle adjustments to assist in office work. Simply pull it open for use, and it supports devices of various sizes, from small laptops to large desktop computer monitors. Additionally, the angle can be adjusted at any time according to user needs, meeting diverse office posture requirements.
  3. Brackets and Accessories of Other Materials and Purposes: On the market, there are also steel computer chair bases, boss chair four-star leg bases, rotating chair metal accessories, rotating lounge chair base lifting rod bases, footrest trays, and brackets. These brackets and accessories of different materials and purposes vary greatly in price, ranging from a few yuan to over a hundred yuan. In terms of materials, steel ones are generally more sturdy and durable, suitable for office chairs with high load-bearing and stability requirements. Some plastic ones may be relatively cheaper but may be slightly inferior in load-bearing capacity and durability.

II. Installation Method The installation of a swivel chair bracket generally follows certain steps. First, take out the L-shaped fixed bracket and the accessory kit, and lay the chair down for easier installation. Then, fix the L-shaped bracket to the main shaft, ensuring a firm connection between the bracket and the shaft. Next, use screws and nuts to secure the other side. During the fixing process, use an open-end wrench and an M4 Allen wrench in combination to tighten the screws and nuts, preventing looseness that could affect safety and stability during use.
