Office Chair Quick Assembly
You can refer to the following steps for the quick assembly of an office chair:

Step 1: Install the chair wheels and gas lift Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully engaged. Flip the five-star base so that the wheels face downward, and vertically insert the thicker end of the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base, ensuring a secure connection between the gas lift and the base. Some assembly instructions mention that you can also press the wheels into the chair corners first and then place the gas lift into the middle hole. When doing so, pay attention to the direction of the gas lift to avoid inversion.
Step 2: Install the seat base and cushion Place the seat base on the bottom of the cushion, paying attention to the orientation of the seat base (usually there are markings or grooves corresponding to the cushion structure). After aligning the screw holes, use a screwdriver to screw each screw in 3-4 turns to ensure that all screws are initially fixed, and then tighten them one by one until fully fixed. In some assembly steps, the seat base needs to be connected to the cushion with 4 long screws. After fixing the seat base, align the hole at the bottom of the cushion with the top of the gas lift, insert it vertically and press down to ensure that the cushion and the gas lift are fully engaged.
Step 3: Install the backrest Align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the armrest installation holes on both sides of the cushion and slowly insert them to the bottom. First, use 2 screws to pass through from the bottom of the armrest bracket to fix the connection between the bottom of the backrest and the armrest. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with the corresponding holes on the cushion bracket, and use two wrenches (or a screwdriver and a wrench in combination) to lock and fix the backrest and the cushion bracket with screws, ensuring that the connection is loose-free. Some assembly instructions mention that you can also directly fix the chair back with 3 M8 screws and tighten them.
Step 4: Install the armrests Press the button below the armrest surface (some armrests require pressing the buckle), align the left and right armrests with the holes on the armrest brackets respectively, and insert them vertically to the bottom to ensure that the armrests and the brackets are fully engaged. In some assembly steps, the armrests need to be connected to the cushion with screws. In this case, use a screwdriver to tighten the screws to a fixed state.
Step 5: Install the footrest (if any) If the office chair is equipped with a footrest, take the footrest component and insert it into the dedicated hole below the cushion to ensure that the footrest and the cushion are firmly connected without wobbling.
Step 6: Install the headrest (if any) Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest and press the headrest installation area to make it fit the backrest. Pass a screw through the headrest fixing buckle, align it with the installation hole on the backrest, first screw the screw in 3-4 turns for initial fixation, and then tighten them one by one until fully fixed. Some assembly instructions mention that you can also directly insert the headrest into the reserved holes in the chair back and the mounting plate.
After assembly, check whether the connections of all components are firm, and test the seat lifting function by adjusting the gas lift to ensure the safe use of the office chair.
