Strict Process Control: Taking the production factory of office swivel chairs as an example, every step of the production process is strictly monitored. Regarding leather usage, it is stipulated that only one piece of leather can be used for one office chair. From the cutting of the leather, meticulous planning begins, with smooth leather evenly placed on the cutting table, cut according to cardboard templates, and worked around natural defects. The cutting position is determined through calculation to minimize waste. In the production of the seat frame, workers use welded connections at the ends as intermediate supports and mechanisms for adjusting the seat position. S-shaped steel springs are used to hook the front and back of the seat frame, forming a flexible suspension net to increase stability. When crafting the frame of the seat back, burrs and rough spots on the steel are polished to ensure the precision of the components. During the stitching process, chalk is used to draw lines on the corresponding positions of the leather and foam to ensure aligned cuts before stitching. When stitching the backrest position, the filling is sewn onto the pattern piece, and then the shell with the contour is sewn onto the side, with extremely strict process requirements.
