Office Chair Production Images

Admin October 19, 2026

Currently, we cannot directly provide images of office chair production, but we can construct production scene images based on the production process description. The production of office chairs is a complex and meticulous process involving multiple steps and procedures. Here is a detailed introduction:

Bottom Frame Fabrication: Workers first use hydraulic-powered machines to bend No. 14 steel pipes into shape, creating the frame for the bottom cushion. This step requires precise control of the machine's force and angle to ensure the frame's shape meets design requirements and provides stable support for the office chair. When connecting the ends, workers employ professional connection methods to ensure the ends are firmly attached and will not loosen during use. Subsequently, steel bars are welded in the middle of the frame to further enhance its strength and stability, enabling it to withstand the weight of the human body and the pressures of daily use.

Spring Installation: Workers hang S-shaped steel springs from the front to the back of the seat frame. These springs provide elastic support for the seat, allowing users to feel a comfortable rebound when sitting down. Installing springs requires a certain level of skill and experience to ensure uniform spacing and firm attachment, preventing spring displacement or breakage during use.

Back Frame Construction: Constructing the back frame of the chair is also a crucial step in the production process. The design of the back frame must not only consider aesthetics but also adhere to ergonomic principles to provide good support for the user's back. Workers carefully craft the back frame according to design drawings, using appropriate materials and techniques to meet the requirements.

Surface Treatment: After steel processing is complete, the steel surface needs to be smoothed to remove burrs, making it smooth and flat. This not only improves the aesthetic appeal of the office chair but also prevents burrs from scratching the user. For office chairs with leather materials, the leather also needs to be smoothed, appropriate leather patterns cut out, and precisely sewn onto the seat and back frame. Additionally, foam pads for the chair back are cut to provide soft support for the back.
