Production Process

• Bottom Frame Fabrication: Workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend 14-gauge steel pipes into shape, creating the frame for the bottom cushion. They connect the ends and weld steel bars in the middle. S-shaped steel springs are hung from the front to the back of the seat frame, and crossbars are placed horizontally and clamped onto the springs to enhance stability and support.
• Back Frame Construction: The back frame of the chair, including the spine, armrest attachments, and other components, is constructed. Then, burrs and rough edges on the steel are ground down to ensure a smooth surface and prevent scratches to users.
• Leather Treatment and Cutting: The leather is smoothed out, and patterns are cut according to cardboard templates. During the cutting process, natural flaws in the leather are avoided to ensure efficient use of the material and an aesthetically pleasing finished product.
• Foam Cushion Cutting: The foam cushion for the back of the chair is cut to provide comfortable support for users.
