Manufacturing Process

1. Bottom Frame Fabrication: Workers use hydraulic-powered machines to bend 14-gauge steel pipes, forming the bottom cushion frame of the office chair. Then, steel bars are welded to connect the ends, constructing the intermediate support and the mechanism for adjusting the seat position.
2. Flexible Suspension Net Construction: S-shaped steel springs are hooked to the front and back of the seat frame to form a flexible suspension net. To enhance stability, iron rods are clamped horizontally across the springs.
3. Backrest Frame Creation: The seat backrest frame is crafted, including components for spine and lumbar support, armrest attachments, etc. The burrs and rough spots on the steel are polished.
4. Leather and Foam Processing: One worker evenly places smooth leather hides on a cutting table, cutting them according to cardboard templates and around natural leather defects to minimize waste, with only one hide used per office chair. Another worker cuts foam cushions, selecting firm foam to maintain the contour and cushioning shape, and softer foam for the backrest part. Slits reflecting design features are cut into the backrest cushions.
5. Leather and Foam Stitching: Lines are drawn with chalk on the corresponding positions of the leather and foam to ensure the cuts are aligned before stitching. When stitching the backrest, the filling is first sewn onto the pattern pieces, and then the shell with the contour is sewn onto the sides.
6. Outer Frame Treatment: Particleboard is added to the outside of the frame, wrapped with foam, and then covered with leather.
7. Slider and Mechanism Installation: Sliders are screwed onto the base, and mechanisms that work with the sliders are installed, allowing the seat to move forward and backward according to legroom requirements.
