Office Chair Packaging Images
Currently, we cannot directly provide images of office chair packaging, but we can introduce the packaging methods based on text descriptions.

For detachable office chairs, disassemble them before packaging and handle each component separately. For components such as the seat and backrest, first wrap them with stretch film for initial protection, which serves to secure and prevent dust. Then, use bubble wrap for key protection, wrapping horizontally twice and vertically once to ensure the component surface is fully covered by the bubble wrap, preventing damage from collisions during transportation. If the original packaging of the office chair is intact, you can directly place the wrapped components into the original cardboard box. If the original packaging is lost, you will need to cut appropriate cardboard to make an outer packaging. When making the outer packaging, cut it according to the shape and size of the office chair components to ensure the packaging fits the components tightly. At the same time, use hard corner protectors at the edges and corners of the packaging to prevent deformation from squeezing during transportation.
For office chairs like split benches, there are certain packaging techniques. First, place the seat surface at the bottom and hide the accessories in the gaps of the seat surface. This can prevent the loss of accessories and also make the overall packaging more compact. The chair legs should be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap to prevent them from scratching other items or getting damaged themselves. After assembling the seat surface and chair legs, check if there are any gaps in between. If there are gaps, fill them with foam to provide cushioning and fixation. Finally, wrap the entire split bench with bubble wrap and then put it into a suitable cardboard box to ensure the packaging is firm and secure.
