Office Chair Operation Procedure

Admin October 13, 2026

The operation procedures for different models of office chairs vary due to design differences. Below are detailed operation instructions for common models:

Sihoo S300
This model features an integrated headrest and backrest design, with height matching as the core adjustment method. Before operation, confirm the connection status between the headrest and backrest. Adjust the position by pushing or pulling forward and backward: pulling forward shortens the distance between the headrest and back, suitable for users of shorter stature; pushing backward increases the distance, suitable for taller users. Maintain even force during adjustment to avoid loosening the connecting parts due to excessive force. After adjustment, check the fit between the headrest and neck to ensure proper support.

Sihoo H300
This model incorporates intelligent functions, with an operation process that includes initial setup and daily adjustments. Initial Setup requires vertically inserting the headrest into the support rod until it clicks into place. Then, press and hold the power switch on the side of the backrest (usually located at the lower right) to open the battery compartment. Press the top of the compartment door and insert the matching batteries (pay attention to the positive and negative directions). Daily Adjustments are performed through the Sihoo Smart App: after downloading and connecting the device, enter the 'Body Type Fit' module to input height and weight data, and the system will automatically recommend optimal sitting posture parameters. Armrest adjustments support multi-dimensional movement (up, down, forward, backward, left, and right); select the corresponding direction in the App and slide the adjustment bar. The scene adaptation function allows preset modes for office, meeting, and rest scenarios, enabling one-click switching of backrest angle, recline force, and other parameters.

C500 Second Generation
As a multifunctional model, its operation covers eight adjustment modules. Seat Height Adjustment requires pulling the lever on the left side under the seat, moving it up or down to the desired height, and then releasing it. Seat Depth Adjustment is controlled by the lever on the right side; pushing forward increases the seat cushion depth, while pulling backward shortens it. Backrest Adjustment supports vertical sliding (some models require unlocking the backrest buckle) and recline angle adjustment (by turning the knob under the backrest). Headrest Adjustment includes height and angle adjustments; height is controlled by the slider under the headrest, and angle is adjusted by rotating the headrest connection. Armrest Adjustment supports vertical lifting (by pressing the button on top of the armrest), forward and backward sliding (by pushing the front of the armrest), and left and right rotation (by rotating the knob on the side of the armrest). Lumbar Support Adjustment requires turning the knob on the back to control the support force; turning clockwise increases support, while turning counterclockwise decreases it. Footrest Adjustment requires pulling out the hidden footrest under the seat and adjusting the length as needed. Recline Adjustment sets the maximum recline angle by turning the knob under the backrest; pulling the lever on the right side of the backrest allows entering recline mode. Glide Function should be used on flat ground; unlock the wheels by turning the switch under the seat, and push the chair to achieve smooth movement.
