One Office Chair
Office chairs are chairs equipped for the convenience of work in daily work and social activities. There are various types, and their installation methods vary, and there are also some quality issues.

In terms of types, office chairs can be divided into narrow and broad categories. Narrowly defined office chairs refer to the backrest chairs that people sit on when performing desk work in a seated position. These chairs mainly meet the needs of maintaining correct posture and providing comfortable support during office work. Broadly defined office chairs cover all chairs used in offices, including executive chairs and staff chairs. Executive chairs are usually used in the offices of senior corporate management personnel. Their design places greater emphasis on luxury and comfort, with larger sizes and more abundant functions, such as adjustable height and tilt angles. Staff chairs are used by ordinary employees for daily office work and focus more on practicality and cost-effectiveness.
The installation methods of different models of office chairs vary. Taking the 1012A office chair as an example, when installing it, you need to install the base casters and seat armrests. The specific operations should follow the video instructions, using screw C, installing screw D on the inside of the chair, inserting screw E into the base after placing it in a washer, etc. The 1033A office chair also has its unique installation steps. Similarly, you need to operate according to the video and use screws, insert screw J after placing it in a washer, then fix it with screw L, and use screw K for installing the armrests, etc.
There are also some quality issues with office chairs. On March 2, 2023, the United States and Canada implemented a recall of office chairs made in China due to the risk of the backrest breaking and causing falls. On September 30, 2024, the State Administration for Market Regulation found 15 batches of non-compliant products during a national supervision and inspection of office chairs, with stability issues being particularly prominent. On January 16, 2025, the United States implemented another recall of the WorkPro Momentum office chairs made in China because the bolts of the product might fail, posing a risk of falling. These quality issues remind consumers to choose products with reliable quality and safety guarantees when purchasing and using office chairs.
