Office Chair Material Production

Office chair material production mainly falls into two categories: physical office chair production and office chair CAD material production.

Physical Office Chair Production

1. Production of the internal structure of the seat cushion: Workers first place square steel tubes into a hydraulic press and bend them into a square seat cushion frame with rounded corners at the four corners. Then, they weld the support steel plates to the frame's openings. Next, they hook S-shaped springs onto the frame and connect three support steel bars to the springs in opposite directions to complete the construction of the internal structure of the seat cushion.
2. Production of parts and leather processing: The chair armrest interfaces and backrests are processed in a manner similar to the welding and polishing of the seat cushion frame. Black leather is used to make the outer parts. Plastic templates for parts such as the headrest and armrests are placed on top of the leather, and a utility knife is used to cut the leather according to the template patterns. After cutting the leather, it is glued onto a relatively hard foam cushion. A slightly larger foam cushion is cut out for making the seat cushion and backrest of the office chair.
3. Production of the leather surface of the backrest: Soft and fluffy foam cushions are cut into connected, non-separated rectangles. After marking on the leather, they are folded and sewn to form the basic shape of the leather surface of the chair backrest.
4. Overall assembly: The metal frame surface is wrapped with foam cushions, and the sewn leather cover is placed on top for decoration. The shielding plates and the frame are fixed with screws. The adjustable height armrests, hydraulic rods, pneumatic rods, and the bottom support rods of the seat are spliced together with the metal base. The chair wheels are installed. Finally, the headrest and armrests are inserted into specific positions to complete the production of the physical office chair.

Office chair CAD materials include various types, such as original office desk and chair CAD materials, original office desk and chair CAD backgrounds, original office desk and chair CAD templates, original office desk and chair CAD posters, and other PS materials. These materials are available as source files in formats such as PSD, AI, PNG, JPG, and CDR. They cover a wide range of types, including office desk CAD plans and elevations, office furniture CAD blocks, office space furniture CAD libraries, interior office furniture CAD elevations, and office space design CAD libraries. They can be downloaded and used through relevant design software, providing rich digital material support for the design and presentation of office chairs.
