Office Chair Management
Office chair management should be carried out from multiple aspects, including procurement and configuration, usage norms, daily maintenance, disposal and replacement, 6S management, and compliance with company regulations.

Procurement and Configuration: The procurement of office chairs should strictly adhere to the company's procurement regulations and standards to ensure reliable product quality. During configuration, full consideration should be given to employees' positions and work requirements. For example, employees who work at desks for long periods should be equipped with office chairs that have good ergonomic design and adjustable height and tilt to provide a comfortable working environment and safeguard employees' health and work efficiency.
Usage Guidelines: When using office chairs, employees should maintain correct posture, sit upright, place their feet flat on the ground or on the footrest, keep their backs against the chair back, avoid sitting still for long periods, and actively move their bodies. At the same time, they should avoid improper behaviors such as crossing their legs, having the footrest too high or too low, tilting the chair back excessively, or disassembling the chair randomly. These behaviors may not only damage the office chair but also cause harm to the employees themselves.
Daily Maintenance: Employees are responsible for keeping office chairs clean and tidy. They should wipe the desktop and seat surface at least once a week to prevent liquid spills. If any damage or malfunction is found in the office chair, they should promptly report it to the relevant department for repair and should not continue to use it during the repair period to avoid causing more serious damage or safety hazards.
Disposal and Replacement: When an office chair reaches the end of its service life or suffers irreparable damage, it needs to be disposed of and replaced. During disposal, it should be handled in accordance with the company's environmental protection requirements. Replacement requires approval from the relevant department and the purchase of a new office chair in accordance with the procurement process.
6S Management: Office chairs should be kept clean and neatly arranged. When employees leave, the chairs should be placed close to the desks. The seat nameplates should be flipped to show the 'not in' status and include contact information when employees are not present to facilitate contact by others.
Company Regulations: Office chairs follow the principle of 'who uses, who keeps'. The using unit and the user are responsible for preservation and maintenance and must not lose, damage, or use them for other purposes. There are corresponding office chair handling regulations for situations such as employee transfers across units, staff reductions or organizational cancellations in various units, and retirements. At the same time, the transfer-in, transfer-out, exchange, repair, and cleaning of office chairs should also comply with company regulations.
