Office Chair Making Master

The office chair making and prototyping master recruited by Lianyou Chair Industry is primarily responsible for new product development, product improvement, and sample production. The job requires relevant professional background, hands-on skills, and work experience. The salary range is 6K - 10K, and the main work location is in Zhongshan.

Job Responsibilities

• New Product Development: Responsible for the model design and production of the prototype for new product development, conceiving the structure and validating it through handmade models, and providing suggestions in new product development projects. This requires the master to be able to transform abstract concepts into concrete physical models according to design concepts, verify the rationality and feasibility of the structure through handmade production, and provide a basis for further product optimization.
• Data Production and Archiving: Produce relevant evaluation materials for new product trial production and archive them; propose improvement plans for existing products, conduct trial production, evaluation, and archiving; produce samples and related materials for the company's business needs and archive them. These tasks ensure the standardization and traceability of the product development process and provide important data support for the company's product research and development and production.
• Other Tasks: Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors, reflecting the flexibility and adaptability of the position. The master needs to be able to complete various tasks in a timely manner according to the company's actual needs.

Job Requirements

• Professional Background: A secondary vocational education or above, with majors in mechanical processing, industrial design, mechanical design, etc., providing the necessary theoretical foundation for engaging in office chair making and prototyping work.
• Ability and Qualities: Strong hands-on skills, able to transform conceptual images into physical product prototypes through hands-on work, with a certain aesthetic sense; clear logical thinking and good layout aesthetic ability, organized, patient, able to communicate proactively, with good psychological qualities to face pressure and challenges, and a good cooperative attitude and team spirit.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of R&D work experience, familiar with industrial product R&D, and understanding of product appearance and structural design organizations is preferred, which helps to adapt to the work environment more quickly and improve work efficiency.
• Software Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Word, PPT, and Excel for data production, organization, and reporting.
