Office Chair Lying Posture
There are mainly two lying postures on an office chair: leaning back to sleep and reclined office sitting posture.

Leaning back to sleep: This is a relatively relaxed resting posture. First, adjust the backrest of the office chair to its maximum tilt angle. This allows the body to have the maximum amount of space to lean back, reducing the pressure caused by leaning forward. Place a lumbar support behind the waist. The lumbar support can fill the gap between the waist and the backrest, providing good support for the waist and preventing muscle fatigue and injury due to the waist being suspended. At the same time, put a U-shaped pillow around the neck. The U-shaped pillow can fit the curve of the neck, providing support for the neck and preventing problems such as soreness and stiffness caused by prolonged leaning back. For the legs, you can keep them flat. If the office chair is equipped with a footrest, you can also place your legs on it. This can relax the leg muscles and promote blood circulation. After leaning back completely, close your eyes and rest, which can effectively relieve the fatigue caused by work and restore energy. However, this posture is suitable for short-term rest. Maintaining it for a long time may affect the normal blood circulation of the body and the physiological curvature of the spine.
Reclined office sitting posture: Some office chairs have multiple gears for adjusting the sitting posture angle. Among them, the second and third gears are reclined office sitting postures, especially the 135ยฐ reclined sitting posture in the third gear, which is very suitable for long-term office sitting. This kind of office chair is usually equipped with a holographic follow-up system. When the user starts to lean back while sitting, the backrest, headrest, and armrests can automatically adjust according to the angle of the body's lean-back. The support of the backrest can ensure that the spine is in a natural physiological curvature, reducing the pressure on the lumbar spine. The adjustment of the headrest can provide good support for the head, preventing the neck from overextending forward or backward. The follow-up adjustment of the armrests allows the arms to always be in a supported state, not deviating from the key-mouse operation area, ensuring the comfort and stability of the hands during office operations. At the same time, the line of sight is always parallel to the screen, reducing eye fatigue and neck discomfort. This reclined office sitting posture can not only relax the body to a certain extent but also ensure office efficiency and comfort.
