Office Chair Lock
Common types of office chair locks include chain locks, combination padlocks, flexible cable locks, and silent wear-resistant wheel locks, each with its own characteristics and suitable scenarios.

Chain locks are composed of high-strength chains and lock cores. When in use, wrap the chain around load-bearing and non-removable parts of the office chair, such as chair legs and armrest bases, and then fasten the lock core. This type of lock is suitable for most office chairs with regular structures, is affordable, and easy to operate. By physically restraining the chair, it can effectively prevent the chair from being moved or used, providing good protection against theft or random movement in ordinary office environments.
Combination padlocks do not rely on keys; they are unlocked and locked by preset digital combinations. Simply clamp the lock onto the space between chair legs or the gaps in the chair frame to secure it. They are suitable for scenarios where key loss is a concern and quick unlocking is required. There is no need to carry extra keys; once the combination is set, the chair can be locked at any time. For example, in shared office spaces with high personnel turnover, combination padlocks facilitate use by different people and avoid the hassle of key management.
Flexible cable locks feature a metal cable with a covering layer, offering greater flexibility. They can easily wrap around irregularly shaped office chairs, such as those with special armrests or uneven chair legs, providing a wider range of adaptability. In addition to securing chair legs, they can also bind the chair to nearby fixed furniture, such as office desk legs, further enhancing the security of anti-theft chair locking. They are suitable for office settings with high anti-theft requirements.
Silent wear-resistant wheel locks are used on some office chairs. They employ a dual combination of high-density engineering-grade polyurethane wheels and precision steel axles. The wheel surface is treated with nano-level matte finishing, effectively reducing the friction coefficient with the ground, resulting in a noise level of only 42 decibels within 30 meters. The lock features an adaptive pressure adjustment system, enabling smooth and jam-free omnidirectional rotation even on rough concrete or uneven floors. After 5,000 consecutive uses, the wheel wear is less than 0.03 millimeters, making it suitable for scenarios with high requirements for office quietness and smooth chair movement.
