Office Chair Limit Sleeve
There are mainly two types of office chair limit sleeves, each with distinct functional characteristics.

Rotary Limit Sleeve with Self-Resetting Structure
This sleeve is an important component of a rotary limit device with a self-resetting structure. It works in conjunction with the rotating shaft located inside the sleeve. When an external force is applied to the office chair, the rotating shaft can rotate within the sleeve, allowing the office chair to rotate flexibly according to the user's needs, meeting different angles for office work or other use scenarios. When the external force is removed, the device can automatically reset. This feature is highly practical. For example, when the user gets up and leaves the office chair, the chair will automatically return to its initial upright or specific position. This not only facilitates the next use but also keeps the office environment neat and orderly, preventing space clutter caused by the chair rotating randomly. Its self-resetting function is usually achieved through a special internal structural design, which may include elastic components that utilize elastic potential energy for automatic realignment.
Pneumatic Sleeve
In office swivel chairs, the pneumatic sleeve plays a crucial role in enabling seat height adjustment. It uses pneumatic principles to control the height adjustment of the seat. By operating the control device connected to the pneumatic sleeve, such as a handle, the air pressure state inside the sleeve can be changed. When the seat needs to be raised, the air pressure inside the sleeve is increased, causing the seat to rise; when the seat needs to be lowered, the air pressure inside the sleeve is decreased, and the seat descends. This pneumatic adjustment method is convenient and smooth to operate, allowing users to easily adjust the seat to a suitable height according to their height and usage habits, thereby improving comfort and work efficiency. Moreover, the design of the pneumatic sleeve usually undergoes strict safety tests to ensure stability and safety during use, preventing dangerous situations such as sudden seat drops caused by abnormal air pressure.
