Office Chair Leg Stretching
You can perform multiple leg-stretching exercises using an office chair. Here are some common and effective ones for you:

Standing Half Forward Bend: This exercise effectively stretches the muscles on the back of your legs and also provides some stretching to the front of your torso. To do it, stand behind the chair, firmly hold the back of the chair with both hands to provide stable support for your body. Then, push your feet backward with force until your legs are perpendicular to the floor, and your body is in a relatively stable state. Next, inhale and push the chair forward. During this process, you will clearly feel the front of your entire torso and the back of your thighs being elongated, and the muscles being stretched. Exhale, bend your knees, tuck in your abdomen, and dynamically move your entire spine to give it sufficient exercise and relaxation. By combining dynamic and static movements, after fully stretching, hold for ten breaths. This can better achieve the stretching effect and relieve the tension in your leg muscles.
Half Downward-Facing Dog Pose: Stand facing the back of the chair and place your hands on the back of the chair to find a stable support point for your body. Then, move your feet backward as much as possible. During this process, pay attention to maintaining your body balance. Press your back downward and ensure that both your arms and legs are straight. This exercise is a full-body stretch, especially having a significant stretching effect on the leg muscles. While holding this pose, you will feel the muscles on the back of your legs being gradually elongated, which helps enhance the flexibility of your legs and reduce the leg fatigue caused by prolonged sitting.
Seated Forward Bend with Both Legs: As one of the full-body stretching exercises using an office chair, it mainly focuses on stretching the legs. When performing this exercise, sit on the chair, straighten your legs forward, and slowly lean your body forward, trying to touch your feet with both hands. During this process, you will clearly feel the muscles on the back of your legs being stretched. If you have good flexibility, you can further deepen the stretching range. Holding this pose for a while can fully relax and stretch your leg muscles and promote blood circulation in your legs.
