Office Chair Leather Production
Office chair leather production mainly includes two key processes: leather cutting and assembly application.

In the leather cutting stage, workers first evenly place a smooth piece of leather on the cutting table. This step, though seemingly simple, actually requires workers to have certain experience and skills to ensure the leather is flat and wrinkle-free, laying the foundation for subsequent precise cutting. Cutting is not done randomly; instead, it follows pre-prepared cardboard templates. The cardboard is carefully designed according to the shapes and sizes of the leather parts for different sections of the office chair, ensuring that the cut leather meets the assembly requirements of the chair. At the same time, workers also need to work around the natural defects in the leather. As a natural material, leather inevitably has some flaws, such as color spots and scars. By carefully calculating and planning the cutting positions, these defects can be cleverly avoided, thus minimizing leather waste and improving the utilization rate of raw materials. Due to differences in color and texture among leathers, to ensure the consistency and aesthetics of the office chair's appearance, usually only one piece of leather can be used for one office chair. This places higher demands on the quality and cutting precision of the leather.
During the assembly process of the office chair, the cut leather plays a crucial role. It is used to cover components such as particleboard and foam. Particleboard provides basic structural support for the chair, while foam increases the chair's comfort. The leather tightly wraps around the surfaces of these components, not only serving as a protective layer to prevent internal materials from wear and contamination but also giving the office chair an attractive appearance. After fine assembly and processing, the leather seamlessly integrates with other parts of the chair, finally completing the appearance of the chair and providing users with a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing sitting experience.
