Office Chair Leather Grain
There are mainly two types of leather grains commonly used in business leather office chairs: full-grain leather grain and corrected-grain leather grain.

Full-Grain Leather Grain
Full-grain leather is a type of leather that retains the complete grain layer of natural leather. Its surface shows the original leather grain, which is formed during the natural growth process of the leather and has unique texture characteristics. Each piece of full-grain leather has a distinct grain, just like human fingerprints, and there are no two pieces of leather with exactly the same grain. This original grain gives the office chair a natural, rustic, and high-end texture, showcasing the most authentic state of the leather. From a microscopic perspective, the grain of full-grain leather presents irregular bumps and texture directions. These textures not only add visual depth to the leather but also enhance its friction to some extent, preventing people sitting on the chair from slipping easily and improving comfort and safety during use. Moreover, full-grain leather retains the natural pores of the leather, providing good breathability. It allows air to circulate on the surface of the leather, reducing the feeling of stuffiness. Even after sitting on the chair for a long time, one will not feel overly hot.
Corrected-Grain Leather Grain
Corrected-grain leather has undergone surface sanding and is covered with a protective coating. After sanding, the originally irregular grain on the leather surface becomes more uniform, giving it a neater and smoother appearance. The protective coating further enhances the leather's wear resistance and stain resistance, making the office chair easier to clean and maintain during daily use. Unlike the natural and original grain of full-grain leather, the grain of corrected-grain leather is more regular and uniform, giving a refined and modern feel. This grain is suitable for users who pursue a simple and stylish office environment and can be paired with various styles of office furniture to create a neat and orderly office atmosphere. At the same time, the presence of the protective coating also extends the service life of the leather, reducing leather damage caused by daily wear and tear and stain erosion.
