Labeling Office Chairs

Admin October 14, 2026

Labeling office chairs requires consideration of both the choice of label type and the standardization of label writing. Details are as follows:

Label Types and Prices: There are various types and prices of labels suitable for office chairs. Common ones include computerized high-density folded labels, which can be used for clothing neck labels, luggage brand labels, chair and sofa labels, etc., with prices ranging from 0.03 yuan to 0.20 yuan; leather label patches, priced at 0.50 yuan, which offer a good texture and add a certain quality feel to office chairs; metal labels, priced at 0.41 yuan, with a metallic sheen that appears more upscale; UV transfer stickers for wooden chairs, customizable with furniture brand logos, priced at 0.04 yuan, suitable for wooden office chairs and enabling personalized brand identification customization; PU leather label printed patches, priced at 0.15 yuan, combining the texture of leather with the convenience of printing; and die-cast painted rectangular small metal nameplates, priced at 0.25 yuan, with a refined appearance and strong durability. When choosing a label type, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the material, style, and budget of the office chair. For example, for minimalist-style office chairs, a relatively low-priced computerized high-density folded label may be chosen; while for high-end business-style office chairs, metal labels or leather label patches may be more appropriate.

Label Writing Standards:

  • Label Position: Generally, labels should be uniformly affixed to the upper left corner or bottom of furniture. However, for chairs, which are a special case, they should be affixed to the middle of the backrest bar. This does not affect the overall aesthetics of the office chair and facilitates viewing of the label information.
  • Label Style: The font should be in FangSong and bolded to make the label content more eye-catching and readable; the font size should be one size smaller to ensure clarity and coordination of information display; the border should be set to 4.5 points with a double-line style to enhance the standardization and formality of the label.
  • Label Content: It should include key information such as the name, specifications, material, and production date of the furniture. For example, "Office chair, specifications: height 90cm, material: mesh fabric, production date: May 2019". Such content enables users to quickly understand the basic information of the office chair.
