Office Chair Full Adjustment
Adjusting an office chair in its entirety requires targeted operations for different parts. Proper adjustment can enhance comfort and reduce physical stress. Here are the specific adjustment steps and key points:

Seat Height Adjustment: First, locate the hand control device, usually a lever or knob. Adjust the seat height by pulling up the lever or turning the knob. During adjustment, ensure that both feet can rest flat on the ground, with the angle between the thighs and lower legs maintained between 95 and 100 degrees. If the chair is too high and your feet are off the ground, use a footrest. If the chair is too low, it will increase the pressure on the knee joints, which is not conducive to health.
Backrest Angle Adjustment: Sit on the chair and find the adjustment handle. After pulling the handle, lean back slightly with your back and release the handle to fix the angle. To return to the original position, continue pulling the handle and apply a slight force with your back, and the backrest will spring back. The function to flatten the backrest usually has a lever under the right armrest. A slightly reclined sitting posture (approximately 100 to 110 degrees) can effectively reduce lumbar spine pressure. The key is to have the entire back, especially the lower back, fit snugly against the backrest.
Armrest Height Adjustment: The armrest height should be adjusted so that when the elbows hang naturally, the forearms can rest easily on the armrests or the desktop, with the angle between the upper arms and forearms close to 100 degrees. Some armrests have lifting or other adjustment functions and can be adjusted flexibly according to personal needs.
Headrest Adjustment: For office chairs equipped with a headrest, the headrest height can be adjusted by pulling it up. Some headrests can also be adjusted forward and backward to provide better neck support.
Other Adjustment Functions: The rocking function can be adjusted by rotating the black cylinder in front of the chair's gas lift to change the rocking amplitude. If the chair is equipped with a lumbar support, adjust it to the position that exactly supports the natural curve of the lumbar spine.
Usage Suggestions: Change your sitting posture every 30 minutes to reduce physical stress. When operating a computer, keep your eyes level with the monitor, which can be achieved by adjusting the seat height or the monitor height.
