Suitable Scenarios: Suitable for small-scale handmade projects, with low costs (material costs approximately 50-100 yuan), but requiring some manual skills. The finished product has limited load-bearing capacity and is suitable for light-duty use.

2. GL8 Seat Modification into an Office Chair (Low-Cost Transformation)
This plan utilizes报废 (scrap) or idle MPV middle-row seats (such as GL8) and adds universal wheels to achieve a reclining and movable function. Modification Steps: First, disassemble the original seat base, retaining the seat adjustment mechanisms (such as backrest tilt and slide rails); then weld or bolt a metal frame (square steel tubes are recommended) to secure the seat to the frame; finally, install four universal wheels (with brake function) to ensure mobility stability. Cost and Advantages: The modification costs approximately 300 yuan for cloth seats and about 500 yuan for leather seats, significantly lower than similar products on the market; it retains the comfort (such as foam padding and ergonomic design) and adjustment functions of the original seat, suitable for long hours of office work or noon breaks. Precautions: Ensure the load-bearing capacity of the metal frame (it is recommended to test the static load-bearing capacity ≥150kg), and rust-proof the welded joints.

3. Old Computer Chair Transformation into a Cat Tree (Creative Transformation)
If you need to utilize the frame of an old computer chair, you can combine materials such as hemp rope and bedsheets to transform it into pet supplies. Transformation Steps: First, wrap the chair legs or trellis parts with hemp rope to provide a scratching surface for cats; then wrap the seat surface with a bedsheet to form a soft resting area; finally, tightly secure the two parts with hemp rope or tape to prevent loosening. Suitable Scenarios: Suitable for users with pet-raising needs, with extremely low costs (mainly consuming old items), but with a significant difference in function from office chair frames, so choose according to actual needs.
