Office Chair Fixed Packaging
Office chair fixed packaging can be achieved through localized key protection, overall wrapping reinforcement, special chair adaptation processing, professional packaging solutions, and upgraded packaging solutions.

Localized Key Protection: Targeted treatment is applied to protruding or vulnerable parts such as chair legs, armrests, backrest corners, and wheels. Chair legs and armrests are wrapped with bubble wrap 2-3 times, and small pearl cotton is inserted at the corners to prevent bumps. For office chairs with wheels, the wheels should be removed separately and bagged to avoid scratching the seat or legs during handling.
Overall Wrapping Reinforcement: The entire chair is tightly wrapped with stretch wrap or thick bubble wrap. For upholstered chairs, avoid direct contact between adhesive tape and the fabric to prevent tearing. After wrapping, place the chair in a large cardboard box, filling any gaps with waste paper or foam blocks to prevent the chair from moving and colliding. Finally, secure the box with wide tape in a cross pattern, avoiding the use of thin ropes to prevent damage to the box or the chair's paint finish.
Special Chair Adaptation Processing: For larger chairs such as folding chairs and gaming chairs, the legs, armrests, and other components can be disassembled and packed separately to reduce overall space. For chairs with metal fittings, the metal parts should be wrapped separately with fleece to prevent scratches from friction with plastic or painted surfaces. If mailing is required, mark the outside of the box with 'Fragile' to remind handlers to handle with care.
Professional Packaging Solutions:
- Preparation: Prepare materials and tools such as bubble wrap, stretch wrap, packaging paper, cardboard boxes (recommended sizes: 60x40x50cm or 50x40x40cm), dust bags, wide tape, parts bags, markers, and label paper. If disassembly is required, a rubber mallet is also needed.
- Determine Whether to Disassemble: Decide based on factors such as the space of the moving passage and transportation vehicle, the complexity of the chair's structure, the value of the chair, and available time. If the moving space is spacious, the chair has a simple structure or disassembly is complex, and efficiency is a priority, choose not to disassemble and wrap directly with multiple layers of bubble wrap and stretch wrap. If the moving space is limited, the chair is of high value or has a precise structure, and long-distance transportation or long-term storage is required, it is recommended to disassemble and pack.
- Packing After Disassembly: Disassemble in the order of 'from outside to inside, from top to bottom, reverse assembly'. Store small parts such as screws and washers in parts bags to prevent loss, and mark the packed components or parts bags for easy identification during reassembly.
Upgraded Packaging Solutions: Use a full set of corrugated cardboard inserts, remove all plastic bags, and secure each component in place to prevent bumps during transportation.
