Office Chair Fixed Installation
The fixed installation of an office chair mainly involves the fixation of components such as chair wheels, gas lift cylinders, bases, seats, backrests, armrests, and headrests. Here are the detailed steps:

First, fix the chair wheels to the five-star base. Insert each chair wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is properly installed and stable. After insertion, flip the five-star base to its normal placement position to prepare for the installation of other components.
Next, install the gas lift cylinder. Align the thicker end of the gas lift cylinder with the central hole of the five-star base and place it in slowly and accurately. Ensure a tight connection between the gas lift cylinder and the five-star base to avoid looseness. The gas lift cylinder is an important component for adjusting the height of the office chair, and its installation quality directly affects the user experience.
Then, fix the base to the seat. Place the base on the seat, paying special attention to the orientation of the base to ensure it matches the installation position on the seat. After aligning the four screw holes on the base and the seat, first lightly screw in the four screws about 3 - 4 turns one by one. This step is to initially fix the base and the seat to prevent misalignment during subsequent tightening. Then, tighten the screws one by one to firmly connect the base and the seat.
After that, fix the seat to the gas lift cylinder. Align the seat with the gas lift cylinder and insert it into the base hole, ensuring an appropriate insertion depth and a tight connection between the seat and the gas lift cylinder.
The fixation of the backrest is done in two steps. First, align the two sides at the bottom of the backrest with the installation positions on the armrests of the seat and insert them. Use two screws to fix the bottom of the backrest from the bottom of the armrest brackets to initially determine the position of the backrest. Then, align the installation holes at the back of the backrest with those on the seat brackets. Use two wrenches to lock the backrest and the seat brackets together with screws, ensuring a tight connection between the backrest and the seat brackets and the stability of the backrest.
To fix the armrests, press the buttons below the armrest surfaces and insert the left and right armrests into the holes of the armrest brackets respectively, ensuring that the armrests are properly inserted and can function normally.
Finally, fix the headrest. Place the headrest in the middle position at the top of the backrest, press the installation part of the headrest to make it fit tightly with the backrest, and then use screws to pass through the headrest fixing clips to fix the headrest, ensuring that the headrest does not shake during use.
