Office Chair Fixed Boss Chair
The installation of a boss chair among office chairs usually involves multiple steps, and the specific operations may vary slightly depending on the model. The following is a common installation process:

Install the chair wheels and gas lift
To install the chair wheels, insert each wheel into the assembly holes of the five-star base one by one, ensuring that each wheel is fully embedded and not loose. Then, place the thicker end of the gas lift vertically against the center hole of the five-star base and press gently until it fits snugly. The gas lift is a core component for adjusting the seat height. During installation, check that its surface has no scratches or air leaks to avoid safety hazards during subsequent use.Connect the seat cushion and the base
Place the base at the bottom of the seat cushion, aligning the screw holes of both. Usually, the base is made of metal, and the seat cushion is wrapped in sponge or leather. When aligning, be careful not to scratch the surface of the seat cushion. Use the matching screws (mostly M6 or M8 specifications) to screw them into the holes one by one. It is recommended to tighten them in a cross pattern (e.g., tighten the diagonal screws first) to ensure that the base is evenly stressed and prevent local looseness.Fix the backrest
The installation of the backrest depends on the design to choose the connection point: If the backrest is directly connected to the seat cushion, use an M8 screw to pass through the hole at the bottom of the backrest and fix it to the corresponding hole of the seat cushion. Some models may require a metal bracket to enhance stability; if the backrest is connected through the armrest bracket, first fix the armrest bracket to the seat cushion, and then use a C-shaped screw to lock the backrest onto the bracket. In this step, use a wrench to tighten the screws to ensure that the torque reaches the standard value (usually 8-10 Nยทm) to avoid looseness after long-term use.Install the armrests
Align the armrests with the pre-buried installation holes on both sides of the seat cushion and insert them. For some models, you may need to remove the protective covers on the surface of the armrests first. After insertion, use screws (mostly M4 or M5 specifications) to fix them from the bottom of the seat cushion upwards. Check the levelness of the armrests to ensure that the heights on both sides are the same. If the armrests have adjustable functions (such as lifting or rotating), test their flexibility after installation to avoid jamming.Add the footrest and headrest
To install the footrest, insert its metal rod into the reserved hole at the front end of the seat cushion. A clicking sound indicates that the buckle is in place. For the headrest, align it with the slot at the top of the backrest and insert it. Some models may require screws to be fixed from the back of the backrest. After installation, check that the footrest extends and retracts smoothly and that the headrest angle adjustment is flexible to ensure it conforms to ergonomic design.
Precautions: Before installation, carefully read the product manual and check the list of accessories (such as screw specifications and tool types); avoid using excessive force during installation to prevent damage to the parts; if there is a hole misalignment or mismatched screws, stop the installation immediately and contact after-sales service. Do not modify it yourself.
