Office Chair and File Organization
The organization of office chairs and surrounding items should be standardized in terms of self-maintenance and item storage, with specific requirements as follows:

I. Office Chair Self-Organization Standards
Cleaning and Maintenance The surface of the office chair should be kept clean, with no obvious stains or damage allowed. If it is made of leather or mesh fabric, use a dedicated cleaner to wipe it regularly, avoiding the use of strong acid or alkali cleaners that can cause material aging; the metal frame part should be dusted with a dry cloth to prevent oxidation and rust.
Height and Angle Adjustment Adjust the seat height according to the user's height, ensuring that both feet are flat on the ground and the knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. At the same time, the backrest angle should support the natural curve of the lumbar spine, avoiding prolonged leaning forward or backward that can cause muscle fatigue. The armrest height should be level with the desktop to reduce shoulder pressure.
Component Integrity Check The backrest, armrests, and wheels should be checked regularly, with no scratches, looseness, or breakage allowed. If any component is found to be damaged, contact the logistics department for repair or replacement in a timely manner to avoid safety hazards caused by structural instability.
Leaving the Seat Standards For short absences (within 10 minutes), the chair should be adjusted to an upright position, with no tilting or dragging allowed. For long absences (more than 10 minutes), the chair should be completely pushed into the desk hole, with no hanging of clothing, bags, or other items on the backrest area to keep the aisle clear and prevent backrest deformation.
II. Storage Methods for Items Related to Office Chairs
- Commuter Bag Hanging Techniques
- Lightweight bags (โค2kg): Use a butterfly clip to clamp it on the metal rods on both sides of the backrest or in the mesh fabric gaps, ensuring that the clip is firmly fixed and the bag does not obstruct the view.
- Heavy bags (>2kg): The butterfly clip should be clamped on the inner side of the desk legs or the side crossbar of the desktop to avoid excessive weight on the backrest causing it to tip over. If the desktop has no side structure, a hook can be used to fix it on the partition or the edge of the file cabinet.
- Other Item Management
- Coat hanging: Winter coats should be hung on an independent coat rack using a dedicated hanger, with no hanging on the backrest or armrests allowed to prevent dust contamination of the seat and occupying space.
- Miscellaneous item storage: Small items such as keys and earphones should be placed in desktop drawers or storage boxes, with no stuffing into the seat gaps or near the wheels allowed to avoid affecting chair movement or causing item loss.
Through systematic organization, the service life of office chairs can be extended, work efficiency can be improved, and the cleanliness and safety of the office environment can be maintained.
