Office chairs at various exhibition sites showcase diverse innovative designs and functional breakthroughs

At the 2026 International Consumer Electronics Show (IFA) in Berlin, Germany, Qingxian Intelligence's dynamic ergonomic chair took center stage. Its core innovation lies in the holographic follow-up system, which achieves synchronous multi-joint linkage of the headrest, backrest, seat cushion, and armrests through a precision four-link structure, simulating the natural movement trajectory of the human body. For different usage scenarios, the seat angle supports five-level adjustments from a 105ยฐ focus mode to a 160ยฐ flat-lying mode. In the flat-lying mode, a spinal stretching function can be activated to alleviate fatigue from prolonged sitting. The seat ventilation system identifies the seated state through sensors and automatically starts and stops to maintain physical comfort. For larger users, the Maxis series has redesigned its overall structure, adopting a segmented reclining system, reinforced footrests, and safety gas rods. The backrest is widened and heightened, the armrests support width and height adjustments, and the seat cushion area and sponge thickness are significantly increased to enhance load-bearing stability. The OC1 series is designed for overseas markets, balancing functionality and design aesthetics.

The 2027 Guangzhou Home Expo demonstrated the technological leap of office chairs from "static support" to "dynamic intervention." Ordinary office chairs rely on static anthropometric data and provide support for specific postures through fixed mechanical structures, requiring manual adjustments and lacking feedback mechanisms. In contrast, smart posture monitoring chairs use pressure array sensors embedded in the seat cushion and backrest to capture pressure distribution in real-time. Combined with a six-axis gyroscope and accelerometer, they calculate pelvic rotation angles and spinal curvature degrees, generating a "posture heatmap" and guiding users to adjust their posture through tiered reminders. Their seat cushions adopt a three-layer structure to ensure consistent pressure transmission after sensor implantation, avoiding data distortion.

The Canton Fair focuses on material and structural innovations. For example, the ergonomic leather chair uses an aluminum chassis frame, balancing lightweight design and durability. The new product 162 features a flexible, lockable seat package, with a dynamic seat package that supports forward and backward sliding. The chassis tightness and reclining angle are adjustable, with an expanded reclining range to accommodate users of different body types. The sponge seat single-back chair provides personalized support through height and forward-backward adjustment functions, meeting diverse office scenario needs.

These exhibition cases indicate that the office chair industry is driving product upgrades from single functions to comprehensive values such as health management and scenario adaptation through intelligence, personalization, and deepened ergonomics.
