Disassembly of Ordinary Office Chairs
Face the chair directly, step on the five-star base with your feet, and pull the lifting handle upwards to raise the chair to its highest position. Be careful not to release the handle throughout the process. Hold both sides of the chair with your hands. The longer the chair has been used, the more force will be required to pull it out upwards, so you may need to apply more force accordingly. While pulling upwards, shake the chair left and right. This helps separate the gas lift from the other parts of the chair, allowing you to remove the gas lift.
Disassembly of the Beๆฐช Office Chair BC03Q Premium Edition
- Headrest: First, pull the headrest to its highest position, then press and hold the thin metal strip in the middle while pushing down firmly. Once you feel the headrest lock loosen, remove the headrest. If the metal strip is difficult to hold down, you can use a discarded hard card to assist in the operation, making it easier to disassemble the headrest.
- Armrests: Place the entire chair upside down on a high platform. Use the hexagonal screwdriver that comes with the box to loosen the screws under the armrests, after which you can remove the armrests.
- Backrest and Base: Also use the hexagonal screwdriver to remove the screws connecting the backrest, achieving separation between the backrest and the base.
- Base Shell, Gas Spring, Five-Star Base, and Other Components: Use a rubber mallet (if you don't have a rubber mallet, a regular hammer can be used, but it will produce more noise) to tap upwards on each of the five feet of the five-star base, separating the five-star base from the gas spring. Then, use the rubber mallet to tap on the base plate, separating the gas spring from the base.
- Wheels: After disassembling the above components, simply pull off the wheels.
