Office Chair Disassembly Issues
If you are unable to disassemble your office chair, you can refer to the following methods for solutions:

Seat and Gas Cylinder Separation
When the seat and gas cylinder are difficult to separate, first raise the gas lift to its highest position. Hold the seat cushion firmly with one hand and press the height adjustment lever with the other hand while gently shaking it several times to try to remove the seat from the gas cylinder. If the gas cylinder is stuck too tightly and the above method is ineffective, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the joint of the gas cylinder and wait for one to two hours to allow the lubricating oil to fully penetrate and provide lubrication. Then, remove the chair base and gently tap the gas cylinder with a hammer. Be sure to control the force to avoid damaging the gas cylinder or other components. You can also use a pipe wrench to grip the gas cylinder and rotate it in one direction. Before rotating, apply lubricating oil to the joint as well to increase the smoothness of rotation and improve the chances of successful disassembly.
Gas Cylinder and Chair Base Separation
Turn the chair base upside down and gently tap out the gas cylinder with a rubber mallet. A rubber mallet has good elasticity and can reduce damage to the components during tapping. If you don't have a rubber mallet, you can use a piece of wood as a cushion for tapping to avoid directly hitting the gas cylinder or chair base with a hard object, which could cause damage.
Disassembly of Other Parts
For parts connected by screws, simply use the appropriate tools to loosen the screws, and you can easily disassemble them. If you encounter a situation where the bottom support is broken or rusted, you can try tapping it continuously with a hammer in multiple attempts to avoid causing greater damage by using too much force at once. It is best to wear gloves before tapping to protect your hands from injury. If the support is severely rusted, you can first spray it with a penetrating oil. After the penetrating oil takes effect, tap it again to make it easier to disassemble the rusted parts.
Disassembly of Computer Chair Wheels
If the plastic part of the wheel is damaged and has fallen off, leaving only the central metal core, you can use a nail punch to hook onto the notch of the broken wheel's metal core and use another hammer to strike the load-bearing rod of the foot firmly. If the wheel is broken but hasn't fallen off, hold the caster with one hand and use a hammer with the other hand to strike the load-bearing rod of the foot firmly to loosen and remove the wheel through tapping.
