Office Chair Demonstration

Admin October 10, 2026

The demonstration functions of office chairs can be divided into three parts according to the model: basic adjustments, extended functions, and structural principles

I. Basic Function Demonstration of the C500 Series

  1. Seat Height Adjustment: By pulling up the adjustment button beneath the seat surface, the height of the seat can be raised or lowered. The high-pressure nitrogen gas inside the pneumatic rod generates elastic force through the difference in piston cross-sectional area, supporting body weight and locking at any position.
  2. Armrest Adjustment: The armrests support four-way adjustment: height adjustment up and down, forward and backward movement, left and right movement, and angle changes for upward tilt, meeting the needs of different sitting postures.
  3. Reclining Function: Rotating the knob beneath the chair back can adjust the reclining angle (with 4-level locking), and rotating the operating lever can adjust the reclining tightness to accommodate users of different weights.
  4. Footrest Design: Pull out the footrest beneath the seat surface and flip it up to the locked position for use; after unlocking (lifting to the highest point), flip it back for storage to save space.
  5. Chair Back and Headrest: Pull up the chair back to adjust the height. The headrest supports up-and-down, forward-and-backward movement, and rotation adjustments to fit the neck curve.

II. Extended Function Demonstration of the C500 Second Generation

  1. New Seat Depth Adjustment: Through the slide rail beneath the seat surface, the depth of the seat can be adjusted forward and backward to accommodate users with different leg lengths.
  2. Gliding Function: A gliding module is added at the connection between the seat surface and the base, allowing the seat surface to slide slightly forward and backward to relieve prolonged sitting pressure.
  3. Lumbar Support Adjustment: The lumbar support supports height adjustment up and down and adjustment of the degree of forward protrusion, providing precise lumbar support.
  4. Retention of Basic Functions: The seat height, armrest, reclining, footrest, and chair back/headrest adjustment functions are the same as those of the C500 series.

III. General Structure and Principle Demonstration

  1. Core Components: Composed of a headrest, chair back, seat surface, armrests, gas rod support, rotating shaft, and a five-claw base with wheels. The gas rod is responsible for lifting and lowering, the rotating shaft enables rotation, and the base provides stability.
  2. Lifting Mechanism: The pneumatic rod is filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas, achieving stepless lifting through piston movement. Pressing the adjustment button locks the height.
  3. Rotation Types: Divided into semi-swivel chairs (90-degree left and right rotation) and full-swivel chairs (360-degree rotation), suitable for different office scenarios.

Assembly Demonstration Reference: Install in the order of wheels โ†’ connecting rods โ†’ seat surface โ†’ armrests โ†’ seat cushion, using an Allen wrench to fix the screws and ensure that all components are firmly connected.
