Office Chair Cushion Tilt
The tilt of an office chair cushion can be adjusted by checking the adjustment lever, using the handle, adjusting the seat height, etc.. Details are as follows:

Check the position of the adjustment lever: If you find that the office chair cushion is tilted forward and the adjustment lever is located on the left side of the seat base (in the direction of sitting upright), it may be due to an incorrect installation direction of the base. In this case, you need to turn the chair over, unscrew the screws connecting the chassis to the cushion, rotate the base 180 degrees, and then reinstall it. This operation can correct the direction of the base, restore the position of the adjustment lever to normal, and thus solve the problem of cushion tilt caused by the base being installed backward.
Adjust the angle using the handle: Sit on the chair and find the adjustment handle under the cushion. While pulling the handle, slightly shift your body's center of gravity to feel the change in the cushion angle. When adjusted to a comfortable angle, release the handle, and the cushion angle will be locked. This method is simple to operate and allows for flexible adjustment of the cushion tilt according to personal needs, distributing body weight evenly across the buttocks and thighs and avoiding backaches and pains caused by improper sitting posture.
Adjust the seat height: The reasonable setting of the seat height is the basis for adjusting the cushion tilt. Adjust the seat height so that the front of your toes can naturally rest on the ground. When your heels are on the ground, the knee bending angle should be about 90 degrees. This height setting provides an accurate reference for adjusting the cushion tilt, ensuring that the adjusted sitting posture conforms to ergonomic principles and improves the comfort and healthiness of the sitting posture.
Specific handle operation: For office swivel chairs with only a right-side handle, adjust the tilt angle in steps. First, determine the seat height, then pull the handle forward to tilt the seat back backward; if you need the seat to tilt forward, release the handle and press forward with your body weight. When the desired angle is reached, release the handle. This specific handle design provides convenience for adjusting the tilt in different directions and can be operated flexibly according to actual needs.
